Surface treatment: Matte finish

Quality Control: During production, we have 5 QCs to check the quality of each process. Each piece of finished product has to be inspected before packaging.

Packaging: Product into a bubble bag, polybag or EPE bag, then into a craft box or paper box, then into a single smaller master carton, and finally into a big master carton.

Sample lead time: 7 to 10 days depending on different types of products

Production lead time: 35 to 40 days 

Warranty: 2 years. For non-human damage, the company is responsible for return.

Pricing and Payment Terms:  T/T is preferred, 50% deposit before production, and the rest to be paid before delivery.

We will take your idea or concept and develop a design for your approval. If you already have your own design, you can simply send it to us. We will carefully review and ensure its feasibility.

SAMPLE PAYMENT

You can make the payment using Paypal, credit card, or T/T. Full payment is required. Once your initial order quantity reaches 1000pcs, we will refund the payment to you.

SAMPLE MAKING

The sample making process usually takes around 7-10 days, depending on the complexity of the design. In some cases where tooling is required, it may take longer.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you are satisfied with the sample, it's time to place an order. We will confirm any necessary improvements and discuss the final details.

MASS PRODUCTION

After receiving the deposit, mass production typically takes around 35-40 days. Throughout this period, we will provide updated shipping marks, report on production progress, and offer shipping solutions to ensure a seamless production process.

DELIVERY

You have the option to arrange a forwarder for delivery. However, for ease of operation, we recommend allowing us to handle the shipment. We have access to the most reasonable forwarders who can efficiently carry your goods.
